We are expanding again and are looking for a dynamic professional condominium manager to join our team.  The successful candidate will have at least two years condominium property management experience, be prepared to work evenings and be on call for emergencies at weekends. 

They will deal directly with the Boards of Directors of Condominiums providing services in accordance with the management contract.  They will respond to all queries from the Board and have a detailed understanding of the bylaws, policies and procedures of each condominium corporation within the portfolio. 

Good computer skills are essential, a professional telephone manner and ability to take minutes are also an asset.

 Our office is situated in St. Albert; however, successful candidate needs to be familiar with Edmonton and the surrounding area.  A current driving license is essential.  We offer a competitive salary, benefits and a professional office environment.
