Alex is an excellent example of how a condominium board succeeds when they are working with the right property manager. The Stratford in Belgravia board has a number of ambitious plans to improve all aspects of our building including operations, maintenance, safety and capital improvements. We were constantly frustrated with the property manager we had previously because none of our action plans were ever carried out. Our thorough search for a new management company and a new property manager paid off and we started working with Alex about two years ago. The key to our progress towards achieving our goals is that Alex completely understands our vision and what we are trying to accomplish. As a result he is able to work proactively with contractors and trades to ensure our plans are carried out. His knowledge of the industry, regulation and local trades provides us the thoughtful and informed leadership we need to make better board decisions. He is fun and a pleasure to work with. He has deftly handled some very sensitive conflicts within the building with skill and grace. He replies promptly to telephone calls and e-mails, and contacts board members to inform them of problems within the building. Overall, the Stratford board is very happy to be working with someone as experienced and eager as Alex.

You're certainly well informed on rules, regulations, bylaws, etc. of condo associations and able to answer all the questions thrown at you. Ten years ago, our Homeowners Association decided to go to an administrative services only contract with KDM. Being a Homeowners Association and not a Condominium, the support that we felt we needed was different than the norm. We have been with them now for the decade and have found the professional support we receive to be of a constantly high quality, knowledgeable and highly professional. When a Board can count on an experienced professional to ensure that all administrative details are managed, can count on advice on governance matters as well as on matters of negotiating and executing contracts for the range of services our assoiation requires, it enables service on the Board relatively simple while still permitting the decisions to be targeted to the unique requirements of an association. Equally appreciated has been the fact that we have been able to count on a single professional administrator for the entire decade. The enthusiasm of the new KDM owners has also been appreciated.
