I would personally like to Thank Delores for all her tedious long hrs of work trying to maintain this building with many obstacles in the way and working with a board that consists of many different personalities which can be a challenge, I am sure.
She answers emails at all times of the day and on weekends which is not what we expect, however that proves her dedication to her job and is very detailed with all of her follow-up investigations.
She is the one that has turned this condo association around coming from another management set of books.. so for this she, deserves many thanks and accolades!

Recently I had a water issue in my condo. I called KDM after hours. Their response was immediate, helpful and courteous and they resolved the issue with expediency and efficiency at no cost to me (it was a building defect). I would especially like to single out Delores Phair, who went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of and all questions were answered. Well done KDM and Delores!!!

I wanted to remind you once again how effective Lynn is at her job in working with the board and property owners. Lynn is professional, patient, has good ideas, calm, direct, gets tasks done on a timely basis, and most of Lynn is organized. We have moved from a board having to be totally hands on to a board who can request tasks be done and tasks are completed quickly and efficiently. Our condominium is being managed by Lynn.
I know you value Lynn as an employee as she is an asset to your condominium management company.

As I am sure you have been made aware at some point in time, one of our buildings encountered a fire back in May 2015. As a member of the Board, I am quite appreciative of all the work that Delores has taken on in order to help minimize the problems that we have as a volunteer board. She has been quite involved in the activity that is occurring during the rebuild and appears to have taken on a role that provides a lot of details to the Board. I am up to my eyeballs in work just trying to get my paying job done. Because of that, I am thankful that we have a manager who is always looking out for my buildings.

As the President of the board, we have had the pleasure of working with KDM for the past year. We have been impressed with there hard work, and the commitment they have in insuring our complex is run smoothly and efficiently. Our manager is friendly, commutative, and extremely supportive. Not only do they help to enhance our community, but they keep us all abreast to changes to the Condo policies on a governmental aspect.
