KDM Management Inc. strives to provide the highest standard of service as a leader in Condominium Property Management. Our experienced and knowledgeable managers and personnel coupled with our professional and reliable contractors add to our 30+ years of success in the industry.

Company History

KDM Management Inc. was formed in 1986 to provide a more specialized and personal service to owner occupied condominiums. Since its formation, we have attained extensive experience in managing all types of condominium complexes: high-rise and low-rise apartment style buildings, townhouses, coach houses and duplexes, new home construction, conversion projects and older complexes in addition to managing home owners associations.

We currently manage conventional developments, bare lands and phased developments. Our condominium managers have on average over 10 years of experience in the condominium management industry. Our condominium managers have full time administrative assistants to support them.

Currently, we are members in good standing of the Better Business Bureau (BBB), the Canadian Condominium Institute and the Association of Condominium Managers of Alberta. Our memberships enable us to keep abreast of current events within the industry and to obtain up-to-date information on condominium management, industry trends and educational information for homeowners and boards of directors.

There was some traveling service with the last property management and now KDM has given us Kimberly and her assistant Susan. Wow finally a manager that steps up and helps you out quickly. I had called on two incidents one was trouble in the building and the second was left in my vehicle stealing my fob to enter into the parkade. I called them and these two ladies stepped up and help me quickly alleviating all stress well done I really appreciate the great service they provided.

Good day, Paul. I would like to thank you for all the hard work. You’ve put in helping us manage our complex at dunluce village. Over the years, since I’ve been working with you. It is really nice to work with somebody who is very professional and very passionate about his clients. By helping us understands the INS and outs of running our complex you always make sure we stay on the right path and always making sure we are very knowledgeable about our condo board bylaws and helping us out when we have problems. I know you have other properties you work for but anytime we have a question, you always get back to us also, I’d like to thank you for helping us with our budgeting, if I’m not mistaken in the past 4 years, we do not have to raise our condo fees due to you, making sure we do not overspend and that we always have enough money in our reserves. Without you, I do not think our condo corporation would be this successful.

I am on the Board of Millbourne Gardens and have been for about 10 years. When I first joined we had a property manager that was less than stellar. Our portfolio was given to Theresa Priebe. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! All of a sudden we understood all aspects of our property. I understand that this is her job, however, she puts her all into it. If there is a problem she is on it right away. We are not left questioning. Theresa although not having any investment in te property has become a beloved member of our Board. She directs us on decisions, she is professional, seeks out resolutions and most important cares about all of us! I am not one to give out kudos easily. Commercial Condominium

I am pleased to have been asked to provide a reference for both you and your firm. Our Business Condominium group has been provided property management services from KDM Management since mid-year 2015. We onboarded with KDM following a review process where we asked Edmonton area property managers to provide us with a proposal to manage our property. Following the review and an interview process our group chose to move forward with KDM. At the start of our engagement with KDM we saw a level of professionalism which very much confirmed the decision we made was right. Over the past 4 years we together have very much improved our management of the building. KDM has brought valuable structure and contributions to the day to day management of our building. Our condominium board has also improved around the structure and obligations imposed by KDM.
