A division of KDM Management Inc offers Condominium Document Reviews for individuals shopping for a condominium and seeking professional evaluations of the condominium documents as a condition of their purchase.

We take pride in our commitment to excellence and are seeking a dedicated Condominium Document Review Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our daily operations.

 Job Summary: Responsibilities include the initial setup and administration of orders received for reviews. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with the review analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle tasks such as documenting the receipt of documents and orders.
  • Maintain spreadsheets tracking document reviews and related communications.
  • Respond to inquiries received through phone and email.
  • Scan completed review documents for accuracy and record-keeping.

Qualifications:

  • Computer and technology knowledge as follows:
    • MS Excel (must)
    • MS Word (must)
    • MS Outlook (must)
    • MS PowerPoint (asset)
    • Foxit PDF (asset)
  • Working knowledge and understanding of condominium documents including but not limited to bylaws, reserve fund studies, policies, and meeting minutes.
  • A background in condo management or as an administrative assistant is an asset.
  • A background in construction is an asset.
