I had the opportunity to work with Paul Agnihotri as our condo manager. We have a small condo of only 22 units and ran our own Board for about 30 years. We decided to try a management company and Paul started to show us the ropes. His experience and knowledge was beyond measure. He helped our little condo board learn the ins and outs of the business. He was very approachable and patient with us and he taught us.
