Recently I had a water issue in my condo. I called KDM after hours. Their response was immediate, helpful and courteous and they resolved the issue with expediency and efficiency at no cost to me (it was a building defect). I would especially like to single out Delores Phair, who went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of and all questions were answered. Well done KDM and Delores!!!
