Nancy has been our property manager for almost a year now and I have to say, I’ve never felt more comfortable with the direction of our complex and the leadership and guidance we have as a board as I have these past 12 or so months. She is the epitome of professionalism and is always on top of any questions we have or issues that arise. She is extremely patient and goes above and beyond to make sure that our best interests are represented. Since she has taken over, I’ve received numerous compliments from friends and family about how wonderful the complex looks and it is all thanks to her! Nancy’s attention to detail and pride in her work really shines through. It’s always a pleasure dealing with her and I look forward to working with her for years to come.
