In years gone by the board has been most fortunate to have Ms. Linda Goodchild as our KDM property manager. Her management experience and knowledge of the building since 1994 has been invaluable. Advice and guidance was passed on to Ms. Nancy Vuksa who herself has made a professional contribution. Nancy’s experience in office management has been very useful dealing directly with the board and owners. The operation of a 46 unit condo is complex and Nancy has provided excellent advice and record keeping. This testimonial provides closure for my latest two year term on the board. I have really appreciated Nancy’s commitment to property management; communications have been outstanding and her attention to detail has made a great difference.
