We would also like to let you and your office know that we are extremely happy with the service we receive with Paul Agnihotri as our Manager. Paul’s service has been excellent. He has helped with many items around the complex (such as organizing visitor parking, and large garbage being left outside the bins) and has dealt with tenant and owner concerns in a very timely and professional manner. He has provided contracting quotes before we have even asked him to, and gets quotes for the next seasons contracting so we have plenty of time to look over everything and make the decision as a board. We would also like to note that excellent work Elyse has done with the Board. We know that she is rather new to Paul’s caseload and we have given a number of tasks to her that she has been excellent in responding to and helping with.
