Our Business Condominium group has been provided property management services from KDM Management since mid-year 2015. We onboarded with KDM following a review process where we asked Edmonton area property managers to provide us with a proposal to manage our property. Following the review and an interview process our group chose to move forward with KDM. At the start of our engagement with KDM we saw a level of professionalism which very much confirmed the decision we made was right. Over the past 4 years we together have very much improved our management of the building. KDM has brought valuable structure and contributions to the day to day management of our building. Our condominium board has also improved around the structure and obligations imposed by KDM.
