Every time I saw you tackle the left-over awkward problems with the board , I am so impressed by your professionalism, diligence, and sense of responsibility. you are one of those really work with heart. In a period shorter than a year, not to mention about the amount of our money saved, you have successfully helped us to rectify many long-lasting irregularities and make things transparent. The most significant one is to put our reserve fund contributions back on the right track and re-establish the 4 reserve fund accounts that was mistaken by the previous management companies.
