Our commercial condo association has been using KDM Management as our property managers for several years. Paul Agnihotri has been our manager for the last two years. Paul is very professional and has helped our condo board work through many difficult situations. His knowledge of running condo boards and the current condo legislation has been very valuable. I’m Kent Wilson. I am a former owner at Victoria trail condos. I also had the privilege of being on the board for some ten years. As you are aware Victoria Trail has had a tough go over the years with condo management and everything that goes along with that. I just wanted to say that after KDM took on our property things have been so much better. The building is better taken care of, I understand the new bylaws are close to being passed. The level of professionalism by Lynn Cutforth is second to none. Her quick response to emergencies( the fire, floods, sewer back up, etc.) speaks to her commitment to vic trail. I’m certain that if we continued down the path with our former management company we would be in mess that vic trail would never be what it is today and will be in the future. Hi Paul, I am not exaggerating, you are the best property manager I have ever met. Every time I saw you tackle the left-over awkward problems with the board , I am so impressed by your professionalism, diligence, and sense of responsibility. you are one of those really work with heart. In a period shorter than a year, not to mention about the amount of our money saved, you have successfully helped us to rectify many long-lasting irregularities and make things transparent. The most significant one is to put our reserve fund contributions back on the right track and re-establish the 4 reserve fund accounts that was mistaken by the previous management companies. Overall my appraisal on your performance is “excellent”. I believe every one of the board, like me, is aware of and greatly appreciate your remarkable performance. Carry on!

Paul does an excellent job in managing our building. He works well with the board, gives out solid advice, is professional, knowledgeable and is there when we need his assistance. He works well with our resident manager and ensures that she is maintaining the building, and completing her required duties. He is able to answer questions, is great at communicating promptly through email.

I think it’s great you host these! No other Management group I’ve been with does. It’s all about strong boards which equals efficient dealings w managers which equals results. Thanks!
