Dear Ms. Goodchild, I am writing to acknowledge Ms. Johanson’s performance as Condominium Manager for Carlisle Santa Fe over the span of my near two years as a member of the Board – notably the previous one as VP. Suzie has helped elevate the level of professionalism amongst Board members and the Board’s collective efficiency while helping us overcome a difficult year – recovering from the fire. She has done so by providing us with training opportunities, offering sage advice and counsel in a timely fashion, helping us better prepare for meetings, by following up with tasks, assignments and correspondence, with her ability to moderate conflict resolution in an ethical manner and by being a wonderful “liaison officer” with the many owners, caretaker and businesses associated with fire recovery and week to week operations. Her visible support with our Welcome Back BBQ, 22 September 2016 was duly noted by her attendance, issuing Board packages in person in advance of the subsequent meeting (ergo, eliminating unnecessary expenditure and allowing review feedback in person) and with the provision of bottled water, cotton candy and popcorn. Where and when required, she will ensure that guests are invited to select meetings. The desired results are obvious, as is the respect shown for her, by those guests. It reassures Board members that we are in good hands and has a calming effect while discussing stressful subjects like finances, costly repair issues and fire restoration. From the onset, I found that her friendly and professional demeanor was most welcoming. In fact, it has been beyond welcoming. It has made an immense difference in preventing an attrition of good people on our Board and in developing and promoting our MISSION STATEMENT and VISION.

KDM Management, and more specifically Paul, have provided excellent service. As a new and inexperienced board, Paul makes special effort to ensure he explains the issues and repercussions of decisions before we make them. He is always available to handle emergency situations and fights to get the best deals with service providers to save the board money. He has the experience of many years in the industry which makes his advice and knowledge indispensable. As a board we plan on keeping KDM management and Paul for as long as we can.

Our property manager Delores P. works hard for us and addresses our issues promptly. We have a difficult property and it seems we are always “fighting fires” – without her we would be lost

I would personally like to Thank Delores for all her tedious long hrs of work trying to maintain this building with many obstacles in the way and working with a board that consists of many different personalities which can be a challenge, I am sure. She answers emails at all times of the day and on weekends which is not what we expect, however that proves her dedication to her job and is very detailed with all of her follow-up investigations. She is the one that has turned this condo association around coming from another management set of books.. so for this she, deserves many thanks and accolades! Thank you again for all your hard work and commitment to your job!

Recently I had a water issue in my condo. I called KDM after hours. Their response was immediate, helpful and courteous and they resolved the issue with expediency and efficiency at no cost to me (it was a building defect). I would especially like to single out Delores Phair, who went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of and all questions were answered. Well done KDM and Delores!!!

I wanted to remind you once again how effective Lynn is at her job in working with the board and property owners. Lynn is professional, patient, has good ideas, calm, direct, gets tasks done on a timely basis, and most of Lynn is organized. We have moved from a board having to be totally hands on to a board who can request tasks be done and tasks are completed quickly and efficiently. Our condominium is being managed by Lynn. I know you value Lynn as an employee as she is an asset to your condominium management company. We wish you and your KDM family a happy holiday season and a safe and healthy 2016.
