I just wanted to take a moment to tell you what an excellent job you did of chairing the meeting last night. You’re certainly well informed on rules, regulations, bylaws, etc. of condo associations and able to answer all the questions thrown at you. You also managed to keep things moving along, despite the fact there were a couple of issues that could have dragged out a lot longer if allowed. Very professional – well done.

It was noted that KDM had sent two emails to the Board (Nov 28/11 (Rosanna Fischer) & February 15/12 (Linda Goodchild). Both demonstrated that KDM is being proactive in looking for ways to improve their systems and how they can best assist their clients. Their approach is very consistant with our Board’s direction.
