I wanted to remind you once again how effective Lynn is at her job in working with the board and property owners. Lynn is professional, patient, has good ideas, calm, direct, gets tasks done on a timely basis, and most of Lynn is organized. We have moved from a board having to be totally hands on to a board who can request tasks be done and tasks are completed quickly and efficiently. Our condominium is being managed by Lynn. As I am sure you have been made aware at some point in time, one of our buildings encountered a fire back in May 2015. As a member of the Board, I am quite appreciative of all the work that Delores has taken on in order to help minimize the problems that we have as a volunteer board. She has been quite involved in the activity that is occurring during the rebuild and appears to have taken on a role that provides a lot of details to the Board. I am up to my eyeballs in work just trying to get my paying job done. Because of that, I am thankful that we have a manager who is always looking out for my buildings. Thanks!

As the President of the board, we have had the pleasure of working with KDM for the past year. We have been impressed with there hard work, and the commitment they have in insuring our complex is run smoothly and efficiently. Our manager is friendly, commutative, and extremely supportive. I had the opportunity to work with Paul Agnihotri as our condo manager. We have a small condo of only 22 units and ran our own Board for about 30 years. We decided to try a management company and Paul started to show us the ropes. His experience and knowledge was beyond measure. He helped our little condo board learn the ins and outs of the business. He was very approachable and patient with us and he taught us. In years gone by the board has been most fortunate to have Ms. Linda Goodchild as our KDM property manager. Her management experience and knowledge of the building since 1994 has been invaluable. Advice and guidance was passed on to Ms. Nancy Vuksa who herself has made a professional contribution. Nancy’s experience in office management has been very useful dealing directly with the board and owners. The operation of a 46 unit condo is complex and Nancy has provided excellent advice and record keeping. This testimonial provides closure for my latest two year term on the board. I have really appreciated Nancy’s commitment to property management; communications have been outstanding and her attention to detail has made a great difference. The board is very fortunate to have quality management people who are a pleasure to work with.
