KDM Management Inc. strives to provide the highest standard of service as a leader in Condominium Property Management. Our experienced and knowledgeable managers and personnel coupled with our professional and reliable contractors add to our 30+ years of success in the industry.

Company History

KDM Management Inc. was formed in 1986 to provide a more specialized and personal service to owner occupied condominiums. Since its formation, we have attained extensive experience in managing all types of condominium complexes: high-rise and low-rise apartment style buildings, townhouses, coach houses and duplexes, new home construction, conversion projects and older complexes in addition to managing home owners associations.

We currently manage conventional developments, bare lands and phased developments. Our condominium managers have on average over 10 years of experience in the condominium management industry. Our condominium managers have full time administrative assistants to support them.

Currently, we are members in good standing of the Better Business Bureau (BBB), the Canadian Condominium Institute and the Association of Condominium Managers of Alberta. Our memberships enable us to keep abreast of current events within the industry and to obtain up-to-date information on condominium management, industry trends and educational information for homeowners and boards of directors.

I am pleased to have been asked to provide a reference for both you and your firm. Our Business Condominium group has been provided property management services from KDM Management since mid-year 2015. We onboarded with KDM following a review process where we asked Edmonton area property managers to provide us with a proposal to manage our property. Following the review and an interview process our group chose to move forward with KDM. At the start of our engagement with KDM we saw a level of professionalism which very much confirmed the decision we made was right. Over the past 4 years we together have very much improved our management of the building. KDM has brought valuable structure and contributions to the day to day management of our building. Our condominium board has also improved around the structure and obligations imposed by KDM.

Commercial Condominium

I would like to offer a letter of support in reference to the services and abilities afforded our commercial condo property by KDM Management and Mr. Agnihotri in particular. We have a commercial condo comprised of four units operating as four separate businesses varying in size from 4,500 sq. ft. to approximately 10,000 sq. ft. for a total area of 31,475 sq. ft. We also have a landscaped building with parking stalls for customers in the front of the building and additional parking for staff at the back of the building. Mr Agnihotri is involved in managing all aspects of the complex from maintenance like snow clearing, landscaping, building wrap maintenance including roof studies and upcoming roof replacement. He is also involved heavily in a Reserve Fund Study, which is a mandatory process to ensure that the maintenance is noted, performed and monies collected for the condo fund to pay for this ongoing maintenance. As one of the condo owners I have worked closely with Mr. Agnihotri and found him to be knowledgeable, well connected in that he has access to quality tradespeople and he is always cooperative when working together. Simply, he realizes what has to be done and ensures it gets done in a timely manner. When the Board explains what they require and is communicative, Mr. Agnihotri is a very quick study at picking up the ball and running with it. I have no hesitation in recommending KDM Management and the work provided by Mr. Agnihotri.
