Administrative Support

Our Condominium Managers attend all scheduled Board of Directors meetings and Annual General Meetings. At KDM we know communication between meetings is important and we keep our Boards informed of our activities at all times.

Communication with owners is in writing, regarding notices or By-law violations, as requested by the Boards.

Administrative activities provided by our Managers include:

  • Preparing arrangements for Annual General Meetings; 
  • Attending all scheduled Board meetings and assisting Boards in setting effective policies; 
  • Provide Boards with copies of all written correspondence sent on their behalf; 
  • Maintaining the documents of the Corporation;
