We would also like to let you and your office know that we are extremely happy with the service we receive with Paul Agnihotri as our Manager. Paul's service has been excellent. He has helped with many items around the complex (such as organizing visitor parking, and large garbage being left outside the bins) and has dealt with tenant and owner concerns in a very timely and professional manner. He has provided contracting quotes before we have even asked him to, and gets quotes for the next seasons contracting so we have plenty of time to look over everything and make the decision as a board.
We would also like to note that excellent work Elyse has done with the Board. We know that she is rather new to Paul's caseload and we have given a number of tasks to her that she has been excellent in responding to and helping with.
In a thankless job, we just wanted to let you and your office know how pleased we've been and express our appreciation for Paul's hard work.

Alex is an excellent example of how a condominium board succeeds when they are working with the right property manager.
The Stratford in Belgravia board has a number of ambitious plans to improve all aspects of our building including operations, maintenance, safety and capital improvements. We were constantly frustrated with the property manager we had previously because none of our action plans were ever carried out.
Our thorough search for a new management company and a new property manager paid off and we started working with Alex about two years ago.
The key to our progress towards achieving our goals is that Alex completely understands our vision and what we are trying to accomplish. As a result he is able to work proactively with contractors and trades to ensure our plans are carried out.
His knowledge of the industry, regulation and local trades provides us the thoughtful and informed leadership we need to make better board decisions.
He is fun and a pleasure to work with. He has deftly handled some very sensitive conflicts within the building with skill and grace. He replies promptly to telephone calls and e-mails, and contacts board members to inform them of problems within the building.
Overall, the Stratford board is very happy to be working with someone as experienced and eager as Alex.
