You're certainly well informed on rules, regulations, bylaws, etc. of condo associations and able to answer all the questions thrown at you. It was noted that KDM had sent two emails to the Board (Nov 28/11 (Rosanna Fischer) & February 15/12 (Linda Goodchild). Both demonstrated that KDM is being proactive in looking for ways to improve their systems and how they can best assist their clients. Their approach is very consistant with our Board's direction.

Ten years ago, our Homeowners Association decided to go to an administrative services only contract with KDM. Being a Homeowners Association and not a Condominium, the support that we felt we needed was different than the norm. We have been with them now for the decade and have found the professional support we receive to be of a constantly high quality, knowledgeable and highly professional. When a Board can count on an experienced professional to ensure that all administrative details are managed, can count on advice on governance matters as well as on matters of negotiating and executing contracts for the range of services our assoiation requires, it enables service on the Board relatively simple while still permitting the decisions to be targeted to the unique requirements of an association. Equally appreciated has been the fact that we have been able to count on a single professional administrator for the entire decade. The enthusiasm of the new KDM owners has also been appreciated.

Over the years we have been very fortunate to have had, and continue to have, the expertise and support of KDM and our Property Managers. When our first Board was formed, not one of us had lived in a Condominium, so it was a new experience and an exciting and challenging learning curve. Fortunately a few of us had previous management/admin and other Board experience with the tutelage of KDM Management, and CCI Workshops, I feel we have done an O.K. job.
Our Property Managers have all been, and continue to be, very available and supportive, trustworthy and reliable, very knowledgeable and personable. Over the years (almost 18), we have recommended KDM to many other Boards and we will continue to recommend KDM as top-of-the-line.
